CONSTRUCTION UPDATES FROM THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2023

CIVIL WORKS

As of July 2023, the concrete pouring of road right-of-way going to Phase 2 has already been completed.
Roadworks going to Phase 1 (RROW) are nearingcompletion as it already started the concrete pouring.

FINISHING WORKS

Various finishing works continue to be constructed and utilities continue to be installed in as well.

LAND DEVELOPMENT

Pipe laying for the drainage system has already started in Phase 1. Earthworks continue and
prepares the site for the gutter and sidewalk construction as well as the street lighting system.

UPCOMING WORKS

The Bamboo Hills Leisure Farm with its natural greenery and landscape, envisioned an amenity that
will capture the serenity of the surrounding nature. Coming soon in the farm, the Bamboo Hills Clubhouse.
