Under the name PHomes Property Inc., we began to establish a real estate and brokerage firm in 2017. PHomes has already received DMCI Rookie of the Year awards since 2017. 2018-2020, three years in a row as the top DMCI and other developer’s agent in Manila. In the year 2019, it was decided to establish a new company name, HOMEXPLORER Property INC. Today, we proudly carry the name Homexplorer Development Corporation, evolving into a diversified property development company with a broader vision for real estate, construction, land development, solar and innovative property solutions.
